Useful answers before you enquire

What is included in the quoted price?

Our training quotations include delivery, travel, materials and certificates. VAT is added. The quotation also sets out the agreed course, duration, group size and assessment arrangements.

What information do you need from us?

Tell us what the team does, the course or training need, location, approximate numbers and preferred timing. If you are unsure which course fits, describe the work and we will talk it through.

Can you deliver training at our workplace?

We deliver on site across the UK. We agree the learning space, practical area, loads, equipment, access and site requirements for each booking.

Can you discuss several groups or shift patterns?

Yes. Tell us the teams, sites and availability involved. We will discuss feasible arrangements and set out the agreed programme in the quotation.

What about assessment and certificates?

Certificates are included in the quoted fee. The assessment and certificate arrangements depend on the agreed course and are confirmed before booking. Successful completion requirements apply where the programme includes assessment.
